Personal Care involves daily living tasks like showering and dressing, provided by trained Support Workers. Community Nursing involves clinical medical care like wound management and injections, provided by qualified Registered Nurses or Enrolled Nurses.

We carefully match staff based on your needs and preferences. If a worker isn't the right fit, just let us know and we'll arrange a replacement. Your comfort matters.

Generally, no. If the service is in your NDIS plan and considered reasonable and necessary, we invoice the NDIS directly. You'd only pay out of pocket for services outside your plan or if you exceed your budget.
